Why is he selling after all of this? He is going back home to family. I would not wait on this unit. And F building is one of the nicest buildings in Ironwood. The owners keep it in great shape. The gardens are well kept, the walkways, the elevator, the building itself and they have the best sunset sitting area under the trees where you can gather and meet your friends.
